The Institution caters for the excellence in research. It has research centers affiliated to Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathawada University, Nanded for M.Phil. Programme in Hindi and PhD Programme in English, Hindi, & Marathi. The research committee of the Institution monitors and addresses the issues of research. The research scholars are facilitated with necessary print and on-line resource materials. Many of the faculties of the existing staff have completed their M.Phil /PhD programmes using the resources made available by the research centre. The Institution offers autonomy to the principal investigator regarding the optimum utilization of the grants sanctioned as per the guidelines of the funding agencies. The Institution has a well-equipped library and reading rooms. The Institution makes available all these resources to the investigator. Departmental libraries, ICT facilities have been provided to the researchers. 16 out of the total 19 regular faculties, (i.e 84.21% ) of the institution hold PhD Degree. The 03 faculties are pursuing their PhD research. 08 faculty members are recognized research guides of SRTMU, Nanded. 06 faculties are engaged in the Minor Research projects funded by the UGC, WRO, Pune and SRTMU, Nanded.
The institution takes keen efforts on capacity building in terms of research and imbibing research culture among the staff and students through arranging conferences, seminars, workshops, and PhD Course Work Programmes. The Institution at present has 18 Research Guides and 79 Research Students associated with its Research Centers in English, Hindi and Marathi for the PhD programme. For M.Phil. programme in Hindi there are 08 Research Guides and 15 research students. The fees from the research students is utilized for procuring facilities for the research purpose. The budget allocated by the College for the PG programmes is utilized for the research facilities. The grants sanctioned by the UGC under various schemes are also utilized for the research facilities. The Institution has facilitated all departments with Computers with Internet facility. The Institution has a well- equipped library with over 920000 books, and large spacious reading rooms. There is a provision of departmental libraries. The library has a very good collection of books, reference books, magazines, journals, CDs, and DVDs. There are separate cubicles for the researchers in the library. The Institution encourages its staff and students to make optimal use of the equipment and research facilities of the institution
