Library as a learning Resource The library has a collection of more than 1, 03,637 volumes, journals, and magazines in addition to eresources like N-list and DEL-NET, library management software like SOUL 2.0. The library has Computerized Circulation, easy and powerful interface to handle the circulation of books, Journals. The library has a separate Network having one Server and Four clients. Bar-code technology is used for the circulation of books. This software is purchased by utilizing the UGC-CPE Grant. Expenditure of Library Automation is 1.77 Lakh

The college has central library building with fully automated with an integrated library management system (ILMS) and CD/DVDs Library Management Software. It spreads in an area of 828 sq. mts. The library is located in a separate two storied building situated very close to the main block. The collection includes more than 100000 books, 58 journals, 26 magazines, 23 newspapers, 515 CD’s. The library also houses rich reference Collection viz., Encyclopedia of Master Plots, Encyclopedia Americana, Specific Subject Encyclopedias, Year Books, Atlases before independence magazines are also available and other reference material. Central Library holdings also include Dissertations of M.Phil., Doctoral Thesis of Marathi, Hindi and English. The collection of books include documents covering a wide range of subjects from English literature, Marathi literature, Hindi literature, arts, history and social sciences, books on competitive exam etc. It has a spacious reading hall. The well-furnished reading area can accommodate 100 users at any point of time and provides conductive environment for study. A visitor record is maintained for students and faculty members, New Arrivals of books and journals are displayed on rack. The library has closed circuit television (CCTV) surveillance Cameras. Library has adequate number of terminals to facilitate searching/accessing e-resources, web browsing and for other academic work. Provision has also been made to allow downloading/printing of material from these resources. It has excellent ICT infrastructure with adequate bandwidth for fast and seamless access to Internet. It is also member of DELNET. Initiatives taken by the College are the following:
1. Internet access, download and printout facility have been provided.
2. Organization of Book Exhibitions/Display of new books.
3. Proper system of feedback from users to improve library services.
4. System of recommendation for purchase of books through Departments.
OPAC: The library has developed the database of its own collection through the library software. Library is fully computerized with barcode-based issue-and return process, online public access catalogue (OPAC) facility is made available in the central library.
e-Resources: The library is a member of N-list consortia of information library network (INFLIBNET) under this consortia library provides more than 97000+ e-books and 6000+ e journals to students and faculty member. Internet facility, CD’s, DVD, CD-ROM databases, barcode scanner, printer, audio-video unit available in the library.
Library Automation: All the active book collection is update in the library software database and the online public access catalogue (OPAC) is available for students and faculty members. The issue and return of book have been activated in the library software. The College has recently upgraded its ICT based teaching learning management system with Moodle Learning Management System to the Microsoft Teams App used during the Corona Pandemic.
