The staff members are encouraged to participate in various activities related to consultancy services. The research center of the college offers consultancy in conducting research. It offers consultancy through PhD Course Work programmes. The unit of Competitive Examination Preparatory Guidance Cell offers consultancy in preparing for various competitive examinations. The revenue is generated from the fees collected from the students. On campus consultancy is offered to the students regarding placements, job opportunities, career guidance, free training in soft skills, gender sensitization etc. These are not paid services. Hence, no income generated.
The Institution has adopted the slum area at Ramgirnagar, Latur. It has facilitated Library for the residents of the area. The Institute undertakes various programmes like training course in sewing for women, free medical check-up camps and free medication, environment awareness, financial aid for the surgeries of the children born with physical disabilities and various social activities. The Institution has facilitated free water-tankers to the areas suffering from acute scarcity of water during the summer of 2013. It has facilitated a spacious public jogging track. It has a spacious, ultra-modern auditorium which is offered for various social activities with minimum charges. The Institution encourages the students to participate in various competitions like debate, elocution, essay writing etc organized at different level. The students are provided with the necessary facilities to participate in various sport events. The Institution has a good track record of award winning sportspersons.
The institution plans and organizes its extension and outreach programmes like free medical checkup and medication camps, blood donation camps, tree plantation, environment awareness, gender sensitization etc through various portfolios of the institution like NSS, NCC, Nature Club, Yuvati Kalyan Mandal, Students’ Council, Kala Vahini etc. It makes use of its resources along with the funds of the NSS and NCC units for conducting such activities.
The institution works out outreach and extension programmes like blood-donation, free health check-up camps, hygiene awareness, gender sensitization, plastic eradication , environmental awareness etc jointly with various local institutions like Bhalchandra Blood Bank, MIMSR Institute, Latur Municipal Corporation , Rotary Club, Bhartiya Stree Shakti, Nari Prabodhan Manch, Gramin Janata Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Chalburga, etc. The Institution has collaborative arrangements Gandharv Mandal for various programmes in Music. It has collaborative arrangements with Gramin Janata Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Chalburga for various social outreach programmes.
